Terms of service

Effective July 31, 2026. By installing or using BridgeSFTP, the merchant agrees to these terms.

Service

The app scans authorized Shopify product data, determines which parent products are coverable, validates feed fields, and sends all coverable products to a merchant-configured SFTP destination. The app does not create campaigns, set budgets, purchase advertising, or guarantee feed approval, processing, distribution, impressions, or sales.

Merchant responsibilities

The merchant is responsible for its Shopify catalog, product claims, legal compliance, rights to all content, Ads Manager account, SFTP credentials, feed configuration, advertising activity, and confirming downstream processing. Credentials must not be shared outside authorized users.

Billing

Public-app subscription charges are processed through Shopify App Pricing. In pricing, a live product means a coverable active Shopify parent product included in the feed. Catalog plans are based on all live parent products, with eligible variants included automatically. Current plan limits, trial terms, and prices are shown on the pricing page and Shopify approval screen. If new plan versions are introduced, the approved price and allowance of an existing subscription remain in effect while the merchant stays on that plan, subject to Shopify's billing rules. Changing plans, canceling and reinstalling, or accepting a disclosed migration may move the merchant to currently available pricing.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and to retry interrupted jobs, but availability depends on Shopify, the public internet, DNS, and the merchant's SFTP destination. Features, supported feed specifications, and pricing may change with notice and subject to Shopify's billing rules.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or interference with the service. Merchants may terminate by uninstalling the app. Sections that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited to app fees paid by the merchant in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.

BridgeSFTP is an independent application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. Shopify is not responsible for the app except as provided by Shopify's own terms.
