Does the app scan the whole Shopify catalog?
Yes. The app examines every active product, then shows how many live parent products and eligible variants will be included automatically.
What counts as a live product?
A live product is a coverable active Shopify parent product included in the feed. Live parent products determine the plan. Eligible variants are included without separate variant charges.
Where do the SFTP settings come from?
Create or edit a product feed in OpenAI Ads Manager. Copy the generated SFTP username and password into the app, or use the SSH public-key option. The app supplies guided steps and a connection test.
Does testing the connection upload a file?
No. The connection test signs in and lists the destination directory. It does not replace the existing feed.
Can I upload manually?
Yes. After the connection is tested, use Upload all live products. Automatic daily refresh remains enabled for configured feeds.
Does a successful SFTP upload mean the feed was accepted?
No. The app reports successful transport to SFTP. Confirm processing, product counts, and any feed errors separately in Ads Manager.
How often is the feed refreshed?
Configured feeds receive a complete daily snapshot of every live product. Catalog changes can trigger an earlier refresh, and a manual upload is always available.
How do promotions work?
Enter a valid code before activating feed delivery. Applying a code does not upload a feed or create a charge by itself. The app shows the discounted price before activation. A promotion never removes products from the feed.
What is expert shopping campaign setup?
It is an optional one-time $299 service fulfilled by our in-house team for feed review, one target-country shopping campaign, a controlled test launch, and written handoff. Advertising spend and ongoing management are separate. After Shopify processes the request, our team sends secure intake and access steps.
