How plans work
- The free audit scans and validates the catalog without activating SFTP delivery.
- The seven-day trial starts when the merchant approves a paid plan and activates feed delivery.
- A live product is a coverable active Shopify parent product included in the feed.
- Plans count every live parent product. Variants and repeated daily uploads do not create separate charges.
- Plan charges are processed through Shopify App Pricing. Advertising spend is separate.
Grandfathered pricing
Existing merchants keep the approved price and product allowance of their current plan version if new pricing is introduced later. Changing plans, canceling and reinstalling, or accepting a disclosed migration moves the merchant to the plans available at that time.
